Thank you for shopping with Pop’s Tees. Each item is made with care, and we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Window)
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition

Free of stains, odors, or damage

Returned with original packaging when possible
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our shirts are printed to order, the following items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or print error:

Custom or personalized designs

Limited edition drops

Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange eligible items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error or defect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
