Pop’s Tees — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pop’s Tees. Each order is produced and packed with care. Because many of our products are made to order, production begins after your purchase is placed. The information below explains how our shipping process works so you know what to expect.


Order Processing Time
Most Pop’s Tees items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and processing before your order ships. During high-volume launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.


Shipping Time Estimates
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Occasionally we may offer free or promotional shipping during special campaigns.


Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Multiple Item Orders
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product type and production location. If this happens, each package will have its own tracking number.


Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Pop’s Tees is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after production begins.


Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • First check the tracking link

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Then contact our support team for assistance

We will help investigate and work toward a reasonable resolution.


Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.


International Orders — Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
